Project Management  Services

Project Consultation

With over 20 years of project management experience in the automotive, energy storage, and heavy truck spaces, and having been responsible for largescale, multi-national initiatives, I can lend my insight to assessing your project scope definition, function based timeline construction with identified interdependencies, and internal/external milestone tollgates including resource allocation and deliverables based on your industry requirements.  I can assist from the preplanning stage through launch and beyond, or provide focused timeline constraints risk mitigation under periods of extreme pressure when timing does not align with customer expectations.  Pricing can be per hour, or bundled into scalable modules which will reflect a savings over the hourly rate.

Project Management Workshop

Based on the book "Leading a Team Through Uncharted Waters" by Corey Homer.  The workshop is designed for project managers from entry level through seasoned veterans of the craft as well as their leadership.  The book focuses not only on basic principles and tools to improve the overall flow of the project, but the human dynamics woven into project teams and unseen influences that impact the success of the project itself.  The workshop can be customized and tailored the specific needs of your organization, from an 8 hour overview of the entire contents to focused workshops on the individual chapters including breakout sessions, group discussions, and thought provoking Q&A.  Pricing will be based on scope of training desired and material necessary to support it.  Printed copies of the book will provided to the attendees upon request for an additional fee.

Pricing is customized based on scope and requirements of each request
